BallRacing Developments is proud to announce the launch of the most powerful racecar simulation package on the market - the BRD-05, the latest model out of the BRD stable, with a host of new features, and driven by BRD’s own software program, which represents a significant advance in graphics technology. With a Pro-ST force-feedback steering system to register the slightest bump or shunt, and a wrap-around, cockpit-mounted 3 TFT screen display system to immerse the driver in the nearest experience to total reality, BRD has created the most exciting and realistic experience outside of an F1 track – and guaranteed to prove a major attraction at exhibitions, road shows and promotional events.
The new or improved chassis features include:
GRP (fibreglass) monocoque chassis with carbon fibre lining to give greater strength and a sleeker, more realistic internal finish.
BRD's Pro-ST force-feedback steering system to create superior realism.
Quick-release F1-style steering wheel with optional fully-working LCD display on the wheel.*
F1-style gear lever paddles.
Independent clutch paddle levers on steering.
Purpose-built accelerator and brake pedal to give realistic travel and feel. Designed to take heavy-duty use.
Powerful built-in surround sound system with headphone output.
Fully structural carbon-fibre suspension system so the car can be transported with its wheels in position.
Brake discs that glow red and the bright orange relative to heaviness of breaking.
Fitted with UPS power-protection system as an option.

The structural nature of the suspension will allow the simulator to be used for pit stop challenges, etc., (Pit stop challenge equipment is available separately, although some modifications to the car would be necessary.)

Authentic padded cockpit headrest - essential when the simulator is used on a motion base.

* Dependent upon the use of BRD's Racing software program (see below for details). BRD does not supply 'off-the-shelf' F1 branded software as standard with the simulators owing to restrictions applied to the commercial use of various F1 branded simulation products, which prohibits the use of unlicensed Formula 1 logos and images etc, such as team liveries, F1 branding, or F1 circuits. However, the design of the BRD software allows for a company or personalised branded version, which offers either two personalised liveried team cars with 18 non-specific cars on the grid, or 20 personalised liveried cars on the grid. The software has been designed exclusively by BRD to maximise the performance, flexibility and reliability of its simulators.
** Team-specific items, such as wheels, tyres or paint masks, will be supplied free issue by the team. Otherwise such specifications will be based on those available at the time of order.
Note: One-day operational training can be arranged at a client's chosen location. However, travel costs and expenses will be met by the client.
Lead-time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the day of order. BRD is able to organise the packaging and shipping of any of its products by road, sea or air to any part of the world. We can also supply re-usable flight cases if required.
