Our unique pit-stop refuelling and wheel-change simulator unit was specifically designed to create the challenge faced by Formula One pit crews, when a split-second mistake can cost a team the race.
Now you can test your skills in this thrilling race-against-the-clock drama to notch up the fastest time in filling the fuel tank and changing the wheels of a BRD-05 F1-style car.
Once the hose gun is engaged in the BRD-05’s tank, the race begins – with an LEDs display on the hose nozzle counting down the fuel input, and the hose actually vibrating to simulate the flow of fuel!
The unit is completely authentic in size and shape and incorporates real F1 hose fittings for a truly realistic grand prix pit-stop experience.

It is the ideal simulator for team competitions – with two players on the refuelling rig and three on each tyre.

The plug-in-and-go turnkey package, which includes an experienced operator to instruct players, manage competitions, record results - and control the queues! – features:

• Genuine F1 refuelling hose.
• Programmable fuel quantity delivery from 5 to 120 litres.
• LEDs on the nozzle count down the flow of fuel when the nozzle is correctly engaged. If the nozzle becomes disengaged the countdown ceases and continues once it is correctly engaged.
• Electronics program is extremely easy to use and automatically resets after each use.
• Storage of hose inside the tank for easy transport.
• Four heavy-duty castors are fitted to the refuelling rig for ease of movement.

The wheel-change units include:

• Electric impact wrench wheel-change guns
• Specialist impact sockets to fit wheel nuts
• 2m power distribution cable with twin-power sockets and an in-line RCD (Residual Current Device) for electrical safety. Different plug styles available to suit local power supplies, (which must be confirmed at the time of order)
• A high impact-resistant flight case for storage

If preferred, the refuelling rig and the wheel-change unit can be use separately.
