The Race Bay is where BRD prepares all its simulators, whether a full-size race simulator or a rally car. A dedicated scissor-lift enables its personnel to work efficiently on the underside of a vehicle or in those difficult-to-reach areas. With the space to work on multiple vehicles simultaneously, car conversions from bodywork re-styling to major modifications to the engine bay are undertaken by a skilled team of mechanics and technicians. Recently, a full-size replica Toyota TF105, including all the body work, suspension and chassis components, was produced in-house.
