All electronic and electrical assembly work in the production of BRD simulators and car conversions is carried out in the Electronics Assembly Room, which is also responsible for quality-checking all printed circuit boards (PCBs). In addition to constructing custom-built PCBs, highly complex wiring looms are produced in the Electronics Assembly Room to meet the specifications of specialist projects. Electrical and electronic equipment in the Electronics Assembly Room, which is an ESD Protected Area (Electro-Static Discharge) and fully equipped to handle sensitive electronic components, is produced to the highest standards to make sure they will withstand the most robust use. Two solder workstations are fitted with anti-static mats and earthing points for operational safety.
