The Control Assembly Room is at the heart of BRD’s production line - where steering wheel, pedals and shifter mechanisms are assembled for its consumer and professional range of control systems. Supported by a network of leading suppliers of high-quality components, which are secured in a storage facility to maintain optimum condition, BRD undertakes the final assembly of its systems in-house to ensure that its reputation for quality, durability and reliability are not compromised.

Once assembled, each control system is robustly tested on completion by PC-based technology, when they are signed-off and allocated a serial number ready for packaging and shipping.
